Bayern Munich were handed their first defeat in two months as a brace from Milivoje Novakovic helped Cologne to a 3-2 victory over the reigning Bundesliga champions. Wins for Mainz and Hannover saw them climb above the Bavarians, as Louis van Gaal’s side dropped to fifth.
