Spanish La Primera Liga Odds: January 7th and 8th
Posted on January 6, 2012
The Winter Break is over in Spain and all of the 20 La Liga teams are in action this Saturday and Sunday. There are a couple of big games happening and they do not feature Real Madrid and Barcelona, both of whom should take three points in their matches, with the biggest game of the weekend seeing a massive clash for Real Zaragoza at the bottom of the table. Bottom of the table Zaragoza travel to 19 th placed Racing Santander with four points separating the sides meaning that a win for Zaragoza will give them a chance at getting out of the relegation zone, but they will be in serious trouble if they lose as they will be cut at least five points adrift of the other clubs. Santander are the favourites to win the match @ 2.02, while a Zaragoza win is available @ 3.90 and the draw is 3.30. The reason for this is that Zaragoza have collected just a single point in their last nine matches and were dumped out of the Copa Del Rey by second division Alcorón. On the road they have drawn just two of their eight games this season and they may very well lose this game.
